
Progressive’s Signature is a residential project situated in Ghansoli - Navi Mumbai. It is a part of suburban area. This apartment has appealing and high-quality inside specs. The Society is divided in 3 wings viz. A, B & C. There are 92 flats in total. The camaraderie amongst the residents is very positive. Ever since the society formed under the Societies Act, Almost all major festivals are celebrated together by the residents out of which Ganpati festival is the most grand. It goes on for 10 days and includes activities like home-made foods by resident ladies, fun games for all age-groups, Group lunch, Morning-evening aarti etc. Holi again is next main event when everyone gathers in the ground below to play the colors. Apart from regular festivals, society also manages to go on picnic annually. Different activity classes like that of Karate, Dance, Swimming, Painting etc goes on a regular basis for society kids and adults equally. Families are from different parts of the country and the way they represent their cultures here, it looks like a mini India. Thus, Republic day and Independence day are celebrated with much pride and essence here. Most of the residents feel the society to be extended family which is kind of unique experience anywhere in Mumbai where people lack time and trust to be with neighbors.
SOCIETY OFFICE
Located at the ground floor besides B-Wing of the society, facing the open space between A and B wings, is the society office of Progressive’s Signature CHS Ltd. It is from this office from where all day-to-day administrative jobs of the society are carried out by the Manager. There are two drop boxes installed just outside the office – one for Complaints, Requests and Suggestions and the other for dropping cheques. All complaints, requests for work permits etc. and suggestions must be dropped in the respective box which are then collated by the Manager once in a week, to hand over to the Office Bearer (s) / Managing Committee for further action.
SWIMMING POOL
Location: Besides the Garden near the rear outer fence of the Society on the Western deck just opposite the Club house, providing a panoramic view to all the wings
Dimensions: 14.15 m x 6.00 m
Depth: Slope type with 0.60 m below the deck level at one end demarcated upto 0.80 m below the deck level for kids; and sloping towards the other end at 1.80 m below the deck level
Adjoining the Swimming Pool, are 3 bath rooms / changing rooms with showers. Those using the pool must go through the do’s and don’ts instructions displayed beside the pool.
Key instructions include:

Wear appropriate swimming costumes

Take a shower before entering the pool

Not use oil / soap etc. before and while in the pool

Not wash/rinse cloths

Not enter the pool with dirt or colours on the body

Vacate the pool while cleaning and when pool timing gets over.

Take care of children/ guests(on permission) when they use the pool

Not leave or throw towels/cloths etc. around the pool.
CLUB HOUSE AND GYMNASIUM
Location: Overlooking the swimming pool and the garden, near the rear outer fence of the Society on the Western deck
Dimensions: 18.98 m x 4.80 m
Amenities: Adjacent to each other, both Club House and Gymnasium have wooden flooring and full view glass windows. While Club House has a sofa set, the gymnasium is equipped with modern fitness instruments such as tread-mill, cycling, a set of dumbles and weight lifts etc.
Club house is generally used for conducting society meetings, functions and celebrations. On request, club house premises can be provided for various cultural programmes, ladies /children forum activities for the residents of the society only. On special request, as a one-off occasion, the managing committee may permit the usage of club house for private family functions such as birthday parties or the like, subject to availability. In the event of more than one requests, the committee reserves the right to allow the usage of club house on first-come-first-served basis or any other merit (s).
CAR PARKING
The society has the provisions for both stilt as well as open parking. Members who are allotted stilt parking or open parking slots on their name, shall park their vehicles in their respective slots only. Members not having an allotted parking area can use the remaining open parking space depending upon availability.
It is the duty of every member using open parking slot to ensure that his or her vehicle does not infringe upon the free thoroughfare of members and vehicles inside the complex or obstruct the common passages. On no account, outside vehicles will be allowed inside the complex.
SECURITY
Security of members and the premises in general is of prime importance at Progressive’s Signature. In order to ensure strict surveillance and avoid unauthorised persons entering the premises, CCTV cameras are installed at following locations:

Main entrance gate of the society

Entrance lobby of each of the three wings

Inside the lift of each of the three wings
Besides, there are contracted security personnel (working in shifts) manning all vantage points such as the main entrance gate area and the entire area on the rear side of the building covering lawn, swimming pool, club house and gymnasium etc. They patrol the premises round-the-clock and keep a watch all around.
HOUSEKEEPING AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL
There is a team on contract appointed to keep the complex premises clean and tidy. Domestic garbage is collected every morning from each flat and disposed off according to the norms of Municipal Corporation. Occupants can keep properly tied garbage bags outside their respective flat in the common area for collection. However the bags should never be kept in an open or uncovered manner. Alternatively, the garbage bag can be handed over to the housekeeping personnel during morning collection schedule.
Further, for the general upkeep of the premises, it is the responsibility of every occupant:

Not to litter or throw waste paper, plastic bags, eatables, etc from their flat

Not to spit
Not to scribble, draw or stick bills anywhere on the premises such as building walls, inside the lift or on glass panes of the lobby area of three wings or the club house and so on and so forth.
POWER BACKUP
In case of an interruption in power-supply, common utilities such as the lifts, water pumps and common areas such as parking lots, lobbies, common space on each floor, main entrance area, garden area etc are provided power with the help of two Diesel Power Generator sets of 31kV capacity each.
GARDEN AND PLAY AREA
There is a beautiful lawn with lush green grass bordered with beautiful flower plants adjoining the swimming pool and club house area. This green carpet area adds to the scenic beauty of the premises laced with flower bearing plants. While small kids shall be allowed to play in the green carpet without spoiling the same, no one is permitted to pluck the flowers, as that would affect the serene surrounding and divine message to occupants.
INTERCOM
Each flat is provided with an Intercom facility connected to Main Gate Security Cabin, Society Office and to all the flats. The security can be called by dialling ‘9 ‘, respective flat can be called by prefixing 0 to the flat number e.g., if you need to call flat no.: 503, you will have to dial ‘0503. No outside dialling is possible through intercom.
FACILITIES ON CALL
a) Plumber/ Electrician
The society has an authorised plumber and an electrician who carry out society repairs and maintenance jobs. For minor electrical or plumbing jobs in the flat, the occupant can contact the Society Manager for getting these authorised plumber/ electrician. The charges for the services shall be directly agreed and settled by the respective occupant. No unauthorised repair / plumbing / electrical works etc. inside the flat is permitted.
b) Milk Vendor
There are two milk vendors to the society who supply milk packets in the morning at your door. You can contact Club Manager / Security Personnel on duty to get their contact numbers and place orders directly.
c) Newspaper Vendor
A newspaper vendor caters to the needs of news hunger of the society members. Newspapers in almost all the languages of the Indian subcontinent are available.
d) Laundry
There are nearby laundries that cater to the society on call on a regular basis. The laundry person visits us, collects the clothes from the individual flats, washes, irons etc as per the need and delivers back to the flats. The payments are made on a monthly basis.
e) Flower Vendor
There are one or two flower vendors supplying flowers / garlands on call to the flats as per individual requirements. Order for extra requirements can be placed over the phone.
